Kan tilsettes ekstra da de ikke "stjeler" væske, ½ - 1 dl pr porsjon. Bland og la fantasien få komme til! Dette ble kanskje litt knotete skrevet da jeg har forsøkt å skrive på norsk uten å være helt sikker på uttrykk og formuleringer. Tilsett olje, salt og mesteparten av melet. Arbeid deigen til den blir smidig. Tilsett mer mel etter hvert til deigen så vidt slipper bollen. Legg et håndkle over bollen og la den stå i 20 minutter.&lt;br /&gt;Kna deigen på bakebord, og tilsett mel til deigen er seig og ikke klissete. Del i to deler, og form til to brød. Skjær med kniv et par tre snitt i brødene. Legg håndkle over og la dem stå og heve i ca 30 minutter til de er ca dobbelt så store.&lt;br /&gt;Stek i 250 grader i ca 15 minutter.&lt;br /&gt;Bank i botten på brødet for å høre om det er ferdig. Uferdig brød har ingen lyd.&lt;br /&gt;La de kjølne på rist.
